- LISTING AGREEMENT - In consideration of the services to be rendered by the Broker, you hereby exclusively list your property with MLS4U.org.
- FLAT FEE SERVICE DISCLOSURE
- MLS4U is a Limited Service Company, which means that MLS4U
will disclose the limited services that will and will not be
provided.
- PROPERTY INFORMATION
- Please complete one MLS Data Form and provide a short narrative
(about 255 characters, including spaces) to appear in your
listing.
- PROPERTY CONDITION DISCLOSURE -
Under Oklahoma law, the Seller must complete, and provide to the Buyer
an Oklahoma Real Estate Commission (OREC) Residential Property
Condition Disclosure Statement. This Disclosure Statement concerns the
condition of the property and needs to be delivered to the Buyer PRIOR
to acceptance by Seller of Buyer’s offer to purchase.
